We understand that pre and post-natal exercise can be a challenge, especially finding trainers and gyms who know how to adjust and help perform during the 6 months before and after giving birth.
With over 4 years of experience of coaching mums-to-be and new mums, Eton CrossFit coaches are now running 2 sessions per week, specifically for mums. These sessions are perfectly adapted and are easily scalable for all participants. So whichever trimester you are in, or whenever you feel ready to get back to the gym, we have a class which will be perfect for you.
Our classes are set out so that you may bring along your baby, who can sit and watch mum working out and making new friends!
Classes are 10am - 11am Monday and Friday
